We ship worldwide to addresses serviced by our carriers. We will usually dispatch your order from one of our warehouses on the same or next available business day, depending on when the order and payment is received. If there is any additional information needing discussion for your order or address, or if there is likely to be any delay, we will contact you. We will send you messages letting you know your order has been received, and when it has been confirmed. Dispatch and tracking details for the shipment will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
Courier freight service providers can however only deliver to physical street addresses. They cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) & Post Bags, so in such instances we need to use a combination of service providers, which can work out to be more expensive. Where they are, we may need to contact you to provide you with a quote for delivery to your Post Office Box or Bag. Remote locations may similarly involve additional charges by our carriers if delivery to them is possible. If your remote area will incur additional charges for delivery, we may need to contact you to provide you with a quote for delivery to your remote location.
Some countries have a policy of levying duties, import fees, or taxes on shipments above a certain value, arriving at their border. Depending upon the policy of your local customs department at the time of shipment, your delivery may be subject to local duties, import fees or taxes, which they may require you to pay before delivery, either direct to them or require it to be collected on their behalf, from you, by the courier service making the delivery.
